Our new Two-step ( Tack/ Final ) submerged-arc Helical Welded Pipe production line has the international advanced equipment from PWS, the subsidiary of SMS Meer from Germany. This process also eliminates the tensile stress of the weld seam during the pipe forming and submerged-arc welding, effectively avoids the radial offset and transverse crack, hence improves the quality of the weld seam and stability of the weld seam and stability of the welded joints and productivities. These pipes are widely used in oil, petrochemical, gas and offshore pipelines.
